In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy. It is important to note that NO REFUNDS are allowed nor exchanges. Only damaged or defective items can be returned and then be refunded.

You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Return Procedure:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and promotional materials that were included with the purchase.

Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
